well, the choice of machines are not that many.
location is the primary important criteria. it needs to be located where there is high density residential properties, particularly young families or singles.
trading area is generally under 5-miles diameter or 2-kilometers diameter.
needs to be in highly traffic area, with good exposures. parking facility must be adequate and in good conditions, that customers feel safe to do their laundry.
generally aim to get breakeven at about 2 turns per day, so operating expenses must be below that breakeven revenues target.
a very difficult decision is whether to buy an existing one or to build a brand new one. existing ones generally are for sale on the market up to 5 times their net incomes.
a thought is that we need to locate within walking distance to major transportation hubs, such as train stations, bus stations, tram/bus routes, shopping strips, and shopping centres.
